She patiently set up appointments to view many homes, introduced us to architects and builders as we wanted to consider new builds as an alternative and finally introduced us to the contractor we worked with to complete some work on the home we did buy. In the neighborhoods where she normally works she seems to know everyone and even knew many of the homes that were listed and would occasionally dismiss some of them as not worthy of our consideration. She also helped us sell our previous home even though it was in a neighborhood she wasn't familiar with. She was diligent in helping us come up with pricing and scheduling open houses.
